After having children and experiencing abdominal wall separation plus losing my fitness I wanted to get back to where I used to be before children. With Adams support and knowledge I have gone from struggling to do one full sit up to being able to do twenty easily. I am now a lot fitter, stronger and leaner than before and was surprised to find in only three weeks my abdominal wall was almost back to where it was pre-baby. As a mum it is hard to find time out for yourself, but 45minutes twice a week has made such a difference to my body shape and I feel fantastic about my post body baby.

My weight had ballooned and I thought it was time to take action so i signed up to Michelle Bridges 12week challenge and started PT for added motivation and support. I firstly started PT only once a week then could see the value in someone who is qualified and knows their stuff so I began to train twice a week. Adams support and encouragement was appreciated and helpful. There were always questions about pain and any injuries then a training session was arranged accordingly. Adams positive and outgoing personality always made sessions fun and enjoyable. To date I have lost more than 16kgs and competed in three obstacle races with Adam along my side the whole way.

I had done big fitness classes before and just wasn’t getting results so thought I would try FIT SQUADS Outdoor Group Fitness classes. The classes are small so you feel like a part of a community rather than just a number. You always get the individual attention needed and exercises can be modified easily if you have an injury. Its also nice when the instructor addresses you by your name.

I thought you had to be fit before you started doing group classes but this is not the case at FIT SQUAD. Instructor Sean makes you feel comfortable in an environment where there are all body shapes and levels of fitness. I really enjoy the classes, there are people in the same boat as you and no matter how fit you are, there is always something you can do.

Mums & Bubs classes were just what I needed to get out of the house and meet like minded people in the area. Its nice that you can bring your baby along to a class knowing that if at any time your child needs attending to you can just do it without letting your training partner down. It is so refreshing training outdoors with a small group of Mums or Dads you can get advise from and share your knowledge of bringing up your child.

Never in my wildest dreams did I think a Group Fitness class would be so much fun. Sean and Adam are great trainers, very technical and know how to get the most from you each session.
The 6week blocks are just long enough to start seeing results. Also there are no lock in contracts, its so easy, all you have to do is pay every 6weeks if you like to continue which is what most people seem to do. I strongly recommend FIT SQUAD Outdoor Group Fitness classes to keep fit all year round.

Having already a good base of fitness but felt I wanted to take it to the next level I contacted Adam to try personal training. Adam has achieved that for me beyond my expectations.
