Our Personal Training sessions are a 30-minute express workout. Some of the equipment you can expect to use are Kettlebells, TRX Suspension Training, Cross Trainer, weights and much more.

How about grabbing a friend to train together? This is a great motivational tool not to mention it will bring the cost down.
