PunchFIT Boxing Classes

Without any Boxing experience or Fitness base, you can join in our boxing classes. Advantages of our small Boxing classes are you will get specialized attention to help you maximize your results in a safe controlled environment.

What you can expect in 30 mins Class is a unique blend of Cardio Boxing, Strength, Core and endurance all while you burn calories in a fun and exciting environment.

If you would like to fast track your results in a controlled environment then Fit Squad Bootcamps are for you.

Fit Squad Bootcamps uses functional training systems that burn four times more fat than jogging does in 1 hour. We believe in order to achieve your fitness goals you must train hard and eat well.
